Returns & Refunds

If you ordered the wrong size, you can return the item back & place a new order for the correct size. We have a 15-day return policy on plain bands (without gemstones/diamonds). If 15 days have gone by since you received the ring or delivered to your address, based on the tracking info, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and should be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, along with the receipt.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Only the cost of the item/s will be refunded.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted to be returned for a refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
The item you returned will be inspected upon receipt and you will be notified by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund request will be initiated, and expect the credit to your original form of payment in the next 4 to 5 days.

We start processing your order as soon as you click “Place Order”. It may be possible to cancel your order during processing but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. You can cancel your order within 3 hours after you have placed the order. If you need to change your order, please first cancel it and then place a new one.
